In this day and age of the World Wide Web, we have access to an astonishing
amount of information regarding just about anything we can think of. For
example, the internet has completely revolutionized the field of genealogy
research. Information regarding our family ancestry that just a few years ago
would have taken years to compile is now available in minutes with just a few
keystrokes and clicks of our mouse.
The same holds true for the real estate investor who needs to obtain information
on a property and/or a property owner.
